The talkie part shooting of 'Mr Medhavi' directed by Neelakanta and produced by B Rama Rao on the banner of Lifestyle Art Pictures with Raja and Genelia in the lead was completed recently.The film had an uninterrupted shooting for the past two months in and around Hyderabad.The director moulded the flick as a romantic entertainer. The director tried his best to portray the delicate feelings of the hero and heroine in a love track on the celluloid.
As per the story, the hero works in a corporate office, while the heroine was a NRI. Both of them fall in love with each other. Though the basic story is based on love theme, the film was not just aimed at youth audiences but could be enjoyed by the entire family by sitting together.
Canning of songs for the film would begin from September 17. Chakri is providing melodious music for the movie.

Canning of a song is in progress for 'Shankar Dada Zindabad' directed by Prabhudeva and produced on the banner of Gemini Film Circuits with Padma Bhushan, Mega Star, Dr Chiranjeevi and Karishma Kotak in the lead at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad.Srikanth and other dancers were also involved in the choreography of the song. With this the unit would wrap up the shooting process.It is well aware that the Mega Star is going to preach Gandhism and bring about a change in the crooked minds. The Gandhigiri done by Mega Star would be the highlight.Already one item song 'Aakaleste…' was canned on Yana Gupta recently.Another interesting feature is that Power Star Pawan Kalyan is going to flash in the film in a special guest role. It is also well known that Allu Arjun and Raviteja also shook legs with Chiranjeevi and Srikanth for a song.The music scored by Devisri Prasad already started reverberating in the Telugu-speaking households and the audio was proved to be a big hit.The producers are planning to release the film on July 26.

6 different hairtyles in Athidi

If Superstar Rajnikanth could don fifteen different hairstyles and getups in Sivaji, why would our own superstar be any lesser. In his upcoming film Athidi, Prince Mahesh Babu is going to don 6 different hair styles in each of the six songs in the film. But, through out the film he would have the regular hairstyle, which he has been maintaining in Pokiri and Sainikudu. Mahesh’s personal hairstylist Sania, form Mumbai would be executing this experiment. Mani Sharma scores the music for this film, which is being directed by Surender Reddy. Reddy’s previous films are Athanaokkade and Ashok. The movie has Bollywood glamdoll Amrita Rao in the lead. The film’s audio would release on the 9th of August, which incidentally is Mahesh’s birthday while the movie itself would release in September 2007.
